1. AGREEMENT TO TERMS These Terms of Service constitute a legally binding agreement made between you and D&J CABINET COATING AND DESIGN LLC (L26000057975) regarding your use of [dandjcabinetcoating.online] and our professional services. By engaging our services, you agree to these terms in full.

2. SERVICE AREA BUSINESS (SAB) OPERATIONAL MODEL As a specialized mobile service provider, D&J CABINET COATING AND DESIGN LLC operates as a Service Area Business (SAB). We do not maintain a walk-in retail storefront. All administrative and principal operations are conducted at 2840 S Miller Rd, Valrico, FL 33596. Professional services are performed exclusively at the customer’s designated residential or commercial location within our service areas (Valrico, Brandon, Tampa, and surrounding areas).

3. COMPLIANCE WITH FLORIDA HOME IMPROVEMENT LAWS We conduct all business in accordance with Florida Statutes Chapter 489 (Contracting) and Chapter 713 (Construction Liens).

• Estimates: All quotes provided are based on the initial scope of work. Changes to the project scope require a written change order per Fla. Stat. § 501.059.
• Payment: Payment schedules are milestone-based and outlined in individual project contracts.

4. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY RIGHTS  All content on this website, including the "D&J Cabinet Coating" name, logos, and project photographs, is the property of D&J CABINET COATING AND DESIGN LLC and is protected by copyright and trademark laws.

5. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY To the maximum extent permitted by Florida law, D&J CABINET COATING AND DESIGN LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use of our website or services beyond the scope of our express warranties.

6. DISPUTE RESOLUTION AND GOVERNING LAW These Terms shall be governed by and defined following the laws of the State of Florida. D&J CABINET COATING AND DESIGN LLC and yourself irrevocably consent that the courts of Hillsborough County, Florida shall have exclusive jurisdiction to resolve any dispute which may arise in connection with these terms.
